Client was charged aggravated assault, discharge firearm, and the like. Police alleged they the client was responsible for shooting someone at party. In the end, client plead guilty to weapons dangerous (imitation firearm) and possession weapon contrary to prohibition order (imitation firearm). In the end, client was sentenced to a period of probation.
