Adam G. P. Stubbs is a dedicated Criminal Defence Lawyer serving Toronto and the surrounding areas. Known for combining courtroom tenacity with genuine compassion, Adam has built a reputation for achieving results while supporting his clients through some of life’s most stressful and challenging moments.
Adam recognizes that facing criminal charges can be overwhelming, and he works tirelessly to ensure that every client’s rights are protected and interests prioritized. Beyond his work with adult clients, he has extensive experience advocating for young people, Indigenous communities, and individuals navigating mental health or addiction challenges.
Adam holds a Law degree, a Master’s degree, and undergraduate degrees in Criminology and Sociology. Called to the Ontario bar in 2004, he is a long-standing member of the Law Society of Ontario and currently serves as Vice President of the Dufferin County Law Association. He has also contributed to the broader legal community as a past member of the Criminal Lawyers' Association, the York Region Law Association, and the Peel Law Association.
In addition to his criminal defence practice, for nearly seven years Adam was a Standing Agent for the Public Prosecution Service of Canada, Dufferin County. In this capacity, he was responsible for prosecuting all drug matters in both Dufferin County and Caledon.
